There will also be a total of seventy six (76) total bicycle parking spaces for the condo owners as well as guest spaces for the visitors. There will be main floor retail in the condo building for small shops and stores. The interior will feature two (2) elevator banks as well as amenity space on the penthouse floor. As this will be a step back building where the floors are smaller as you go higher in the building starting on the forth floor there will be terrace spaces for the units on the north side of the building.
